Precision Cabinets

Like other reviews, the cabinets turned out pretty, but WOW working them was really quite a painful headache. Sales rep was pushy on her design and what she thought we needed to do so I didn't feel listened to; she also tried to get me to buy a $10k refrigerator I didn't need, came my house and immediately complained about parking; the install team made a huge mistake and getting them to fix it was quite challenging—to the point that it held up our construction timeline. And now some of my drawers aren't closing well. I'm really not happy with the entire experience.

Called as a potential customer asking for help with needing cabinet filler pieces and was told "No" before even finishing what I was saying and told that "they only work with their customers and their cabinets"! Clearly they don't care about new business or word of mouth!

Great quality cabinets but horrible customer service. I never write reviews but feel compelled to do so here because the cost of the product is so high and there are other options in the marketplace. We have had a very unpleasant experience with this company during the entire process. It started when we drove from San Francisco during the work day to visit their showroom. The sales contact was late and we had to uncomfortably and repeatedly ask him to show us options. He seemed more annoyed that we were engaging with his company than wanting to sell us their product. We then lost 2 months of our rehab schedule because he did not process our paperwork correctly and then blamed us for not docusigning the correct documents after we repeatedly asked him for updates over 2 months as to th

Have used them for several items Kitchen and Bath remodels. They are getting worse and worse. They last a customer focus and are unclear. They make lots of statements and promises but do not live up to them. I have done lots of remodels on my home. There are better less painful options. Don't buy into the sales team they are not connected to manufacturing nor installation. You will not be happy you spent lots of money and received poor products.

We are very pleased with our cabinetry. Both design and quality of work was 5 star. Yes a few challenges. We know in the construction/remodeling world there are going to be challenges. It’s how the challenges are addressed that make the difference. Precision has address all our questions and concerns to our satisfaction. 2 months after completion we had a question about a drawer slider. No questions asked they sent a technician out and replaced the slider. 😁
