This company made the entire cleaning process look easy! Customer service (Courtney) was quick and very helpful in helping us choose what type of services we needed. The cleaner, Qwanesha) was super helpful,quick, and extremely dedicated to cleaning AND organizing (added bonus). There were text messages, phone calls, and extra support for what could have been a really intimidating project. They made me feel like a valued person.

DECEPTIVELY LOW QUOTE FOR MOVE IN/OUT CLEAN Last week we scheduled a move in/out cleaning. We were quoted 500, less a 20% promotion, for a 2400sqft house- verified size looking at the house listing. $400 sounds great. After 3.5 hours, the team of two says "the house is huge" and "the blinds are very dusty" and I will need to authorize more time. Two more hours approved, bringing total to $525. After the two additional hours are over, the home is 50% clean. Downstairs only. Their team went home after the time I had authorized. By this math, it would cost at least $1050 plus, ideally, a tip, for them to come back to finish cleaning the entire home. THIS IS MY 2nd review-Deanna and Shannon came this time and cleaned my apartment and when I say such a Godsend-I have 2 dogs and with work and life get overwhelmed (won’t lie-I don’t want to be cleaning on my day off) They did my whole place in less then a few hours-dusted baseboards, laundry room, windows cleaned most everything they could. Appricate the girls teamwork getting my place back to equilibrium.

Shannon with Precision Clean of North Carolina did a fantastic job of cleaning our house. The house was literally spotless once she finished cleaning. She was timely, professional, had a great attention to detail and we could not be happier with the monthly cleaning service.

Don’t waste your time or money. They will charge you $320 for a mediocre move out cleaning that you’ll have to rectify yourself. Could have done a better job myself. I know because I was on the phone with her and your office providing updates and communicating. She left because she had to get back to work and we trusted you would render the service we paid for. The 24 hr period is certainly “fine print” and charging a premium price I’d expect a premium service.
