April and her team stopped by after a hailstorm hit our area a couple of months ago. They inspected our roof, found damage, and guided us through filing the insurance claim. Once the claim was approved, Precision Contracting was on site within days, and the new roof was installed just two weeks later. Alex and his crew did an outstanding job — they made sure everything matched exactly what we wanted. It was a windy day, but they took extra care to clean up every last speck of debris. The final product looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

Awesome! My insurance company tried to tell me that I only needed patch work done on my roof after the October hurricane. I asked April and Alex to give me their opinion. They said I needed a new roof. She contacted my insurer and asked them to test the shingle. Come to find out, their adjuster was wrong and I did need a new roof. My insurance company tried to low ball me again with the amount they wanted to pay. April got involved and got my insurance company to pay double what they were offering. The workers got here at about 7:30 on a Friday and had the roof done and everything cleaned up by about 5:30. April is amazing. I can’t express how grateful I am to for her helping me out like she did.

They stopped by and cold called a close relative of mine. I have power of attorney for this person with dementia so I called to say that we weren't interested and April turned incredibly rude. I can't imagine how this would have gone down if we had actually hired them. My instincts were spot on. There are a lot of other roofers.
