Precision Demolition

I had an old 70's model home I needed tore down to replace with a new one and reached out to these guys. they were fast. Literally was out here in only a few days from me calling them and during a thunderstorm to top it off. Absolutely insane and I honestly expected them to reschedule. On top of that, they had the entire place demoed in only a few hours. Sadly, they couldn't level the place and wasn't able to clean up as much as they could, but the storm is to blame for that. The fact they actually worked through the heavy rains, which was heavy enough we were under a flood advisory is just awe inspiring. I 100% recommend these guys as they gave me a great deal to top it off.

I’m not sure that I’ve ever written a negative view before but I feel that it’s important for other potential clients to know that they should be very wary of dealing with Rhett and this business. I will say Precision Demolition did come out quickly to take down an old trailer on my property and quoted a decent price. In that process however they completely destroyed the main line of plumbing to my home and took out my internet when digging out the foundation. We finally got ahold of him the next day and he was apologetic, he said he never notified anyone of the damage he had done because my house was for sale and he thought no one was living there. Instead he reburied the dirt over the damage and attempted to turn the water off. We got a plumber out asap and Rhett assured us he would righ

Great job! Took down an old barn quickly, safely. Restored the site like it was never there. I was very happy with the job they did and would use them again.

Highly recommend this company! They exceeded my expectations on every level. They showed up on the day I asked, on time and ready to work. The equipment was in great condition and the operator moved it flawlessly and it was obvious he had decades of experience. They completed the job in half the time and left the site spotless without ever leaving the cab. Very respectful to me, did exactly what I asked in half the time and left the site clean as a whistle and the price was thousands lower than the local competitors. I highly recommend choosing these guys!
