He came out and gave us a free quote, was very attentive to our wants and needs, and very informative giving us our best options for longevity. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and he was very honest, letting us know at the end that he didn’t need all of the anticipated loads which in return lowered the final cost. We are very pleased and happy with the work he has done and will definitely be our first contact for any future needs.

Very professional and fair company, coordinated with the material handler to get everything lined up. And sorted out the job in a timely manner. Also, pricing was extremely reasonable. Managed to complete this project within a few hours with zero damage to personal property. Will definitely refer them to any friends that need excavation or grading done.

I wish there were 6 stars. Absolutely thrilled with the job James did! Definitely went over and above. I was very happy with the rate. When he ended up with a little extra material he went beyond the scope of the job to utilize the extra and cleaned up the yard as a bonus. I will definitely be referring and using precision for all of my grading jobs in the future.
