I arrived home from church Sunday afternoon and discovered my garage door motor was no longer working. Right away I telephoned Precision Garage Door Service. Thank God, they're open on the weekends! Anyway, 4 or 5 hours later Tony P. arrived and installed a new motor. It took about an hour and a half for repairs. Tony has a great personality and is customer focused. He was great explaining and providing me with information of how to operate opening & closing of my garage door after he repaired it. Thanks so much Tony for all you did. It's very much appreciated. We are very happy with our new garage doors. Payton and Charlie were very professional, explained what they were doing, patiently answered our questions, and proactively addressed minor issues as they installed the doors. We are very pleased with the overall customer service.
