Jose then explained the differences between the system we had installed and they system that would replace it and how it will work. It made so much more sense to make the switch from the 1pc spring to the 2pc overhaul system, Jose uninstalled the 1pc spring and then started to install the oberhaul installation took about 45min to am 1hr and start to finish. We ended up buying a new garage door (it was about that time) and Monday morning Alejandro came out and installed it. We are pleased and thankful for their professionalism.
