Precision Floors is amazing to work with. Frank installed a luxury vinyl floor tile over the existing floor in our Kitchen. The previous owner had installed a high gloss white 24" square porcelain tile floor. The floor was cracked in a number of places (despite the obvious expense that was put into the install), showed every spec of dirt and looked dated. Precision Floor's LVT install gave our Kitchen a huge face lift. It's very hard to differentiate from a polished concrete floor. The seams are undetectable except in direct light at certain times of the day. While other installers expressed concern about going over the existing high gloss porcelain floor, Frank knew exactly what prep material to use and assured us that the install would be a success.
