The installation team was very thorough and wanted to make sure I was satisfied no matter what it took. I would not hesitate to use Precision Garage Door of Nixa, MO again.

Had my garage door replaced on 11/29/25 with precision. I would highly recommend this company: fair prices, great people, and terrific service. The installation guy was Austin Calhoun, a great guy, called me when he was 20 minutes out, and asked if I wanted coffee! I've lived here 20 yrs and that was a first! He was real nice, respectful, and did a great job. I would recommend Austin, 💯 he was so great! Overall, a 5 star 🌟 experience, and glad I called.

Austin was a complete rock star! He did such a great job replacing all the old parts and equipment! Redid the seals as well and it looks so good! AND now the door rolls a lot smoother and quieter!! Thanks Austin!!

Precision Garage Door repaired one on my garage doors with multiple replacement items..torsion spring, ball bearing cable, cable drums roller, shaft, etc. The technician, Aaron Espy, was polite, knowledgeable (even offered to get coffee on the way to house!) . The malfuntion of the door caused a cancelation of two appointments so the timely, effiicient service of Precision was most appreciated. If I have any future problems, I wiill most definitely call Precision. Aarpm Espy, the technician, was from the Nixa location.
