Precision Garage Door of Central MD

I scheduled garage door service with Precision Garage Door on December 16 and was given a service window of 3:30–6:00 PM. While there was an earlier-than-expected arrival call that morning, I adjusted my schedule to accommodate—and I’m glad I did. My technician, Nicolas (“Nick”) Broughton, was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, and—most importantly—respectful. He clearly explained the actual issue (which differed from what was initially entered into the system), never spoke over my head, and never talked down to me. He laid out my options honestly and gave me the space to make an informed decision without pressure. After installing the new garage door motor on the left side, I decided to wait to schedule a follow-up appointment to service the right side

Precision Garage Door, Excellent choice! Brian from Arbutus location totally took care of us after explaining that Sonic tried to scam $1000 from us. He provided a full detailed description of what Precision provided to his customers. Mckala from his office outstanding through and through. She called us to make sure correct employees were coming and then followed up after work was completed. Jesse, technician outstanding again. Explained what needed to be done..truly honest to purchase new door. Derrick's team installation- went above and beyond to help my dad. Exceptional job and the quality outstanding. Precision Garage Doors did an excellent job replacing our doors - the price was competitive, the process was smooth and trouble-free, and the finished product is beautiful and functional. The rep who initially came out (Trevor) was kind, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful - he answered all my questions and really gave me confidence that this is a quality product. There were a wide variety of styles to choose from and I was able to customize the design to my taste - Trevor brought samples of all materials without being asked, which is a nice change from some other companies I dealt with. The installer (Michael) was skilled, professional, and speedy - he did a beautiful job and the process felt seamless from start to finish. We could not be happier!!
