Precision Garage Door of Houston

We loved working with Precision to buy and install our new garage door. They were helpful and knowledgeable. All calls and information were timely and friendly. The installers were on time and nice and did a great job. Right before our year warranty was up we had a small issue and the installer came out the next day and fixed immediately. We will refer them to our friends.

I called them out only needed one panel replaced, the guy told me it would probably be hard to find the same panel. So instead they wanted to charge me $1200 to replace the whole single garage door. I found a guy that came and replaced the whole single garage door door for $800. I don’t know but I think they charge a single woman any priced they wanted. Not! And by the way the garage door was the same as what I already had. The one on the right is the one that was replaced.

My garage door didn’t close completely. I scheduled a service with Precise. It was very easy to schedule. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. Shoutout to Ryan Joyce! He found the issue and proposed a few options. He got the repair and installation done the same day. Excellent service!

I am so impressed with Bryan M. and his quick, responsive work. He was able to thoroughly diagnose our garage issue that another company neglected to fix after 3 tries. Bryan arrived on time, explained the process and replaced springs and motor in about two hours. Such a relief as a mom to be able to trust that my garage door will work properly and safely now.

We ordered our new garage door on Wednesday and they called on Friday to schedule the install for Monday!! We were extremely pleased with our salesman James and his ability to answer all our questions. The installer arrived a little early (after calling to make sure it was ok to come by early) and did a great job. He explained in detail all the work he did and how to maintain our new door. We are very happy with the whole experience.
