Precision tech Kyle F. was professional and friendly. He was great about communicating his show up time. He replaced the rollers, end caps, middle bearings, and both torsion springs within an hour. My garage door now runs quiet and smooth. The experience was outstanding.

We were so pleased with our experience! We were able to make an appointment for the next evening, and our tech was on time and she was great! I think her name was Jackie, but she explained everything clearly and went over everything with us and answered questions. Our garage door is working good as new now, and if we do have any other problems, we will definitely be using them again!

We called Precision Door after we discovered that one of the springs on our garage door opener had broken. They were able to send somebody out within three or four hours to complete the repair. Jackie was very nice and explained everything well and did a good job at a reasonable price. Thanks.

On one of the coldest days of the season my garage door breaks out of no where! To be honest I called 2 other companies that weren't open or couldn't accommodate for days! Precision immediately scheduled me for a time window the same day! From the office scheduling to service arriving there was exceptional service and updates! Kyle went over and beyond on the repair and maintenance and explained all the work he had to do and was very professional and it showed that he enjoyed his job! Technician very knowledgeable. Does great work and fast. The only issue I have was the price. The torsion spring broke on the garage door I took the broke one off and he put the new one back on . It took about 30 minutes and he charged me $390 dollars. I did half the work for him.
