The garages was fixed but the repairs were too expensive in my opinion. It was hard to compare but the door was fixed. The springs and bearings were the expense part of the door besides the door. But it had to be done according to the technician. He was very pleasant fo have in my garage doing the work. I would trust the repairs were needed.

I believe my garage door was installed by A+ Garage Doors in 2004. They came for annual maintenance last year and said I needed to replace my motor for $2,000 or better yet my door for $4,000. I decided to wait and see. So four months later, yes the motor failed (the gear literally broke). Wanting a second opinion, Precision was my second call and I was happy to learn they had an operator who was good at her job. She said someone would arrive between 2 and 6 the same day and took down all of my information accurately without me needing to repeat myself.
