I accidentally hit my garage door causing some misalignment. Alex J. was here less than 24 hours later diagnosing the issue. He was prompt, on time, super friendly, clearly explained my options, and had the entire thing fixed and paid for in less than a hour. My garage door is fixed and it is quieter than ever! Wow. I am very impressed with Precision American Fork and with Alex J. Thank you!

We had Precision here today and we needed a new motor for our garage door opener. Ryan was very knowledgeable he explained all options and pricing for our replacement. Once we made our choice he installed the new motor very quick and efficiently. He then explained all functions and instructed us how to use everything. He was great and I hope a valued employee that represents Precision well. Thanks for such excellent service.

I need to post this! The is the best service I have EVER!!! Alex Johnson was our Pro today! What an amazing job he did!!! Got us all back up and working, got my car out the garage! Very professional and knowledgeable! Went out of his way to complete a perfect repair! Even adjusted the door better! We appreciate him!

Our Precision Garage Door technician was Jesse Magana, and we could not have had better, more professional, and courteous service than we received from Jesse. We called for a tune-up, but his expert check of our system found that we needed repairs and service to make the garage door usable in an emergency. Not to mention that Jesse called exactly on time as agreed, arrived on time, and performed the work efficiently and courteously. We were allowed to check the door to make sure that we could lift the door by hand in an emergency. And he explained other features of his service that were very helpful. We will not hesitate to use Precision Door in the future.

I tried Precision doors in 2018 and was very satisfied with the service and price so when I had a spring break it was a no brainer on who to call. Called in the afternoon and they were here the next day! Alexander showed up right on time and repaired the door to brand new and serviced my other door.
