Precision Garage Door Service

Requested a quote for a new garage door opener this afternoon. They were quick at responding and set something up for later today after 4:00. Dustin Ridge was who came out, he was really awesome! He explained the types of belt drive openers they had and the difference between getting one of theirs verses ones from Home Depot or Lowe's. Gave me quotes and went with a LiftMaster opener. He did the install for the opener while he was here this evening. He was great, friendly and efficient! He also helped me get everything set up through the app you can use to control it and it has a camera.( Which will be great to have). I highly recommend using Precision Garage Door Service! They also did my garage door spring in the past when it broke. Great service and quick to respond to ones needs! Thank

Kevin, our installer, was stellar. Called ~30mins before arriving and cleaned up nicely after finishing. The door turned out perfect. Price was better than most others but included better hardware and a better (1HP) opener.

Easy and quick to make an appointment. The technician was very professional and gave me valuable advice on how to maintain my garage door. He performed a full service and also checked the motor. When he realized that the motor was completely dead and couldn’t be repaired, he was honest about it and didn’t want to charge me at all. That level of honesty is rare these days. I still chose to pay him for his time and work. Overall, a great experience and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Juan did an excellent job! He represents your company very very well. At the outset, he called your office to verify that we had been quoted a sale price and was sure that we were happy with the price. His attitude was friendly, and he was very efficient with the work he performed. He took the time to explain what he’d done and offered tips as to how I can keep my garage door running smoothly. I am very satisfied with the work Juan did and appreciate the price point as well.

They arrived on time and worked with me to reach my budget. He repaired it quicker than expected and moved all the items that were in the way back in place just as I had them.
