We hit the garage door and I looked them up online and called right away. Someone answered when I called (even on Sunday morning) and I had an appointment for Monday morning scheduled inside of 5 minutes. They arrived on time and gave me quotes for three options before they left. I opted for a complete three door replacement (time to upgrade). During installation our installer, Unique, was very friendly and professional. He pointed out that one of the new panels was damaged, installed it anyway so we had a functioning door, and ordered a replacement without delay or having to “check and get back to me” or waiting for my approval, just did what was best for the customer. Called late in the afternoon to get service on my broken torsion spring. They were here in less than 24 hours. Lucas did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and finished the work quickly. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Service.
