Woke up this morning with an appointment with overhead garage door Arrived at 7:45 this morning I had an 8 o’clock appointment one Juan Gordillo Was it amazing technician he was kind, polite, and very cordial through the entire process couldn’t have had a better person to come to my house. He gave me all my options. He didn’t impression me to do anything. He was very very professional. He did a great job he fixed the door. Did a very nice job. Didn't try to upsell me any additional crap. I knew what I wanted, they came in, gave an estimate, scheduled the job and got it done in a great time frame. They had a great promotion going on for a free opener with the purchase of a door which saved a ton of money. Very pleased with the result. Installer was easy to communicate with and met all of my expectations. I would definitely recommend!

Their morning one side of the spring on the garage door had broke apart, since my mother had told me about Precision Garage Door Service in Kansas City, I decided to call this company located in Georgia. I contacted this office and the same day they had a technician come to evaluate and provide a fair reasonable estimate to replace the springs and all the details work out in the summary. Derek came out and offered me great service!!! Derek is truly amazing! Derek replaced the springs and other hardware , within MINUTES. Derek was kind, respectful, friendly, and most of all, PROFESSIONAL. I will use this company again. The price was right, and the service was great. This is the second time that I have used Precision Doors for repairs. The first time was absolutely amazing. This time was better if that was even possible. Shannon showed up diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it just as quickly. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. He took the time to educate me on door maintenance. I would definitely recommend him and Precision Doors to anyone needing service. If I were to need service again they would be my only call.

Jeremy with Precision was absolutely fabulous to work with regarding my garage door in Dunwoody, GA. I scheduled the request for service the evening before and he came the next morning. He made an honest assessment of the issue and gave me a fair price to fix the issue. I’ll definitely work with them again.
