However, Chris gave us a reasonable and affordable price. He was professional, and he kept us up-to-date on the installation process. We are very happy with our new garage door. Chris is a master at his craft. We almost went with another company that wanted to just replace the door, but our issue was because of the original install of the door. It was more of a hardware issue in the springs, hinges, and track. Because of Chris's attention to detail, he took care of the source of our problem and saved us thousands of dollars and a major headache down the road. Ohmygoodness—we could not have asked for anything better! One of the garage door rollers fell off track, on one of all days, a windy Saturday afternoon, and we were unable to open or close it.
