Excellent service and communication about repair and scheduling. Website was also user friendly and worked well. My service technician, Brian M, (in the Wildwood, NJ office) was excellent as well. He kept me informed about timelines and worked hard and efficiently to complete the job and, before leaving, cleaned everything up. He also looked at various ways to address the problem with my door. Everything works now and is much quieter and smoother running I also learned how the company provides yearly routine maintenance.
