Ryan, the installation tech was very knowledgeable and was a fountain of information every step of the way. He explain all steps along the way. The whole job was performed rather quickly and the final project was definitely an upgrade and it was so much quieter than before. There were some other upgrades that came standard. Two new proprietary springs were installed along with sealed bearings. This was a pleasant experience and I could not be happier with the garage door’s operation. Corbin was the first technician to come out and look at our garage door. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained all of our options and answered any questions that we had. After talking with him we decided to purchase a new garage door and opener. Rafael was the technician who came to install it. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. After the door was installed he went through how to operate it and answered any questions that we had. We are very pleased with the garage door and the work that was done.
