I was very pleased with the installation of my new garage door. The technicians Robert Jordan and Harry Garcia were friendly and very professional. The job was done in a timely manner. There was no mess left behind. One thing was overlooked by the estimator and left out of the initial installation. The garage door handle and outside key lock. Once this was discovered Mr. Jordan was on the phone with the office and the situation was quickly remedy at no cost to me. Within 2 days another installer was out and made the adjustment to the door. I appreciate the prompt attention and the integrity of the company. I would highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

Shannon Webster was our technician today and he certainly exceeded our expectations! He was very polite & professional. Shannon was very thorough in explaining what was needed to repair our garage door opener. Recently moved into our new home, and needed to update the garage doors. We called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for an estimate, and they were able to show us samples from basic to ultra fancy. He helped us make the choice that was right for us, based on our needs. We never felt pressured to purchase the highest priced one, which I appreciated! Fast forward a few months, and we needed a few tweaks on one of the doors. Jeremiah came out and not only got the sensor back in place, he explained the other features it had, that I hadn’t been using. (Tech and I have an interesting relationship….🫣) He was kind enough to also help set up the key pads, program my car to open the door without the remote, and set up the app for me! Ryan Adams did an absolutely great job installing our new garage door. He took his time, and he made sure everything fit correctly. His attitude was positive and upbeat and made the experience a very pleasant one. The young man that did our estimate and design was wonderful as well. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he and Ryan made the experience of having to put in a new garage door a very good one. Their prices were reasonable, and we highly recommend this company!!!!

Robert Jordan deserves a 10 star review! He was professional and very knowledgeable in evaluating the loud squeaking noise when the doors were opened, even when closed with high winds. It’s very hard to find quality technicians these days. Robert has restored all hope!! garage doors we’re making. He really is an asset to your team.
