When calling Precision Garage Door Service, I was greeted by a friendly young lady, who arranged for Service to my Garage door which would not open. A time ranged from 3 pm to 7pm. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the service tech was in my area and would arrive within 30 minutes. This was about 30 minutes after making the appointment. Was happy that the tech would arrive sooner than expected. The Tech, whose name has slipped my mind was totally knowledgeable about what was needed to repair the garage door. He even offered two different plans for service. Long story short, I would recommend Precision for servicing my garage door. They are definitely in my phones contact list.

As with garage doors, I needed someone urgently as my door worked earlier in the day and stopped working in the evening. I found this company online, which also happens to be the one my Dad recommended. Called 8:00PM, the Technician Miller arrived 8:15 the next morning. Absolutely terrific professional service provided. He walked us through what was wrong (motor died/belt chewed up) and made replacement recommendations. He installed everything, walked us through the set-up, and explained how to use it going forward. Answered all of our questions; no problem at all. I highly recommend this company. The technician that came out was Miller. He was fast and explained everything that needed to be replaced. I even got a quote to just replace the door in the near future. Wasn't pushy, was right on time and the company even sends you a message to let you know a little about rhe technician coming to your house which I loved. Would definitely recommend.
