Best contractor experience I’ve had in a long time, maybe ever. I’m a VP of Customer Experience for a living, and the folks at Precision are on top of it from end to end (and no perks coming my way for this review.) Right from the outset, the online scheduling was easy and clear. Near-immediate appointments were available. Great reminders and communication about arrival time, including who was coming when. Ed and Randy were friendly, polite, and did great, fast work. They finished the *same day* because they had arrived prepared to do whatever work was needed. I was in the process of buying a home in the Hanover area when the garage door spring broke right before closing. We thought we’d have to delay everything until the seller could get it repaired, but Precision came out immediately and fixed the issue on the spot. I was so impressed with their service that I later had them replace my basic builder-grade garage door with a beautiful black insulated door — and the experience was just as smooth. We had our garage spring and rollers quickly repaired by Kody from Precision. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Garage door was fixed within less than 24 hours after we contacted Precision. Great service!

Called Thursday to request service on my garage door which was making an unusual noise on closing. Was scheduled for an appointment first thing the next morning. Tech arrived on time, listened to my quirky description of the problem and within minutes found the cause. I have two double garage doors. This is my 3rd or fourth call over 5 years and each time I have had excellent results all around: great customer service, prompt scheduling and knowledgeable and courteous techs.
