Technician Manuel showed up at the appointed time and was very professional. Very straightforward with options and getting a quote to replace the door if desired. We replaced the door opener and had him tuneup the door with lube and new rollers. job was completed in reasonable amount of time and cleaned up well and removed all the old parts. Door works great and I was able to add to our Wi-Fi easily. The service was great; however, I could have done better on cost by shopping around.

I called Precision for a double door garage broken spring. The repair person was very nice and quick to repair. The only issue I have is the priciness of the repair work. I should have gotten other quotes before I authorized the work. I needed the repair done rather quickly because I was needing to leave and my car was in the garage at the time. I was afraid that upon my opening again the garage could fall on my car. This was also confirmed by the repair man. The repairman also stated the prices have gone up drastically ever since Covid. So my previous price of $250 for a spring that had cracked in 2020 now was triple the price everywhere.
