As usual our garage door stopped working on Sunday afternoon. I called Precision Garage door. I had used them for the installation of my hurricane rated door in 2017, and this was the first time that I had a problem with the door. I called them first thing this morning hoping that I could get it fixed some time today, or at least by tomorrow. I was really happy to hear that someone could be here before 2 pm. I was even more happy when Mark was here by 12:30. He, Mark, quickly figured out what was wrong and had it fixed in no time. He was very polite and even asked me if I had any questions when he was done. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door for installation of a new door, or fixing a door that is not working. The price they charged was very reasonable also.

Precision garage door was wonderful to work with. They did everything in a reasonable amount of time, neat and clean and explained all warranties and operations.

Josh was professional and thorough in explaining what the potential issue was with my door. He also pointed out a couple of things that were working, but we’re nearing the end of their usefulness. Based on the trust I felt in Josh I went ahead and replaced some items that were still working. Josh would be a huge asset to any company he would work for based on his knowledge and professionalism.
