Wes was our technician. He called to let us know he was on his way plus I got a text. Arrived on time. Looked at the issue we had and made recommendations / gave three options for repairs. Very knowledgeable. Did not feel pressured on any of the options. Nice to have Warranty for parts and labor; prices a little higher than expected. Overall, Wes was very pleasant and professional. Efficient and the repairs were done in a reasonable timeframe.

He responded same day, quickly assessed my garage motor and provided me with options to remedy the situation.
