Juan de Leon was very professional and knowledgeable of what asked to be done. He explained exactly what he was going to do and listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend him and Precision Door to anyone that needs anything done to their garage door.

Called Precision to see if I could upgrade my garage door open from an overhead motor to a jack shaft motor. My house was built in the 60’s and space is at a premium. Sonny came out to my house the same day that I called, and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done in order to accommodate the new motor. A few days later I was ready for the install and Sonny and Tyrone came out less than a week later. The install went perfectly and Sonny’s plan was spot on. Thank You Sonny, Tyrone, and Precision for making this process go so smoothly and enabling me to have the garage I wanted!

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The way I was helped when I called was like I had been a customer with them for years. She put me on hold for a little while and came back and said someone would be there in a couple of hours. Ryan showed up right when he said he would. So professional took photos then inspected it and gave me 3 quotes I had options. He worked hard and did an amazing job. Very polite and very professional. I was planning to only replace the weather seal on my 16 foot garage door but after inspection, Carlos advised that the hardware was old and not working properly so that was replaced as well.
