Precision was great to work with-Ian came out to repair our garage door the same day that it broke. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and thorough. He completed the repair very quickly once he had the spring we wanted and everything is working better than before.

The technician, Ian came out this morning to replace my entire garage door unit, along with new remotes and an exterior keypad. He was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. Rec'd a timely appointment as my vehicle was stuck in the garage. Bought a brand new garage door. Ian took the old door apart to get my car out. He also installed the new garage door. Ian was very courteous! He answered all my questions & did a great job installing the new door! I will definitely call Precision in the future!
