Ryan fixed our garage door and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and honest in his assessment and repairs. We called the night before because the spring on our garage door had broken. He came the following morning at 8:30am. He did a quick assessment and gave us two options of what must be fixed and what would be nice to fix. He was honest and didn’t try to oversell us which is appreciated. He fixed our door within an hour. I’m very pleased at this company’s high level of competency, quick responsiveness, and professional and congenial attitude. Making an after hours appointment did not work. There was a Technician available on the day I originally choose for the repair visit. The Technician responded promptly and arrived at the estimated time. He assessed the repair(broken door spring) and gave an accurate quote. I agreed so he continued with the repair. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. All adjustments and testing were conducted upon completion of the repair. I made the payment and he departed. I was very pleased with the service. I think the price of labor was fair and I opted for the higher quality parts therefore, the final cost was a bit elevated. My garage is in constant use so the service was invaluable.

We determined that my old door from 2002 needed replacing because of an accident involving large material falling in the way of the mechanism of the old door. Precision gave me some bids, which seemed on the high side; however, they bid it again lower for a basic door. In 2026, the price was, of course, higher than in 2002. The technician who came to install the new door, Josue Blanco, was friendly and efficient. He clearly explained all that I needed to know. Overall, I would recommend this business.

The rep that booked out appointment was extremely nice and professional over the phone. They even sent a follow up text, telling us who our tech will be, his name, and his hobbies outside of work.
