They showed up on time. Went over my options, and pricing before starting. They then proceeded to quickly fix my door, and reset my opener. The tech, .Kade Bare, did a really nice job. I would have no problem recommending them, or using them again in the future.

The spring on my garage door snapped and needed to be replaced. I requested an appointment late in the day, and the technician showed up two hours later. Tanner was very friendly and helpful. He was in and out in less than two hours. Precision has great customer service, and they get the job done fast. However, my invoice was very high. (Even after a $500 promo discount) If you have time, shop around! I've looked up the parts, and they mark them up tremendously. I also believe I was charged for parts that I didn't need.
