I would like to Thank Precision Garage Door Service for Prompt and Professional Service. My Garage door spring broke on Sunday night, I went online and scheduled an appointment for Monday between noon and 4pm they came back with an Appointment time between noon and 2pm. Technician William Mosley showed up at a little after 1pm after I received at Text that he was on the way. William was Professional and we discussed the issue with the garage door. William also made suggestions on additional work that I would benefit with on 28-year-old door hardware. William gave me a quote, and I agreed on the quote and within the hour William had replaced the center bearing, my Door Springs with the proper springs, and adjusted them, he replaced my door rollers and adjusted my door opener. They showed up on time with all supplies and equipment, they even have the forethought to bring an alternative trim to what we had already chosen and we're glad they did because we definitely went with the alternative. a few years ago, I had Precision Garage Door Service install a new garage door system in our garage which included new doors. The did a great job at a reasonable price. Last week our remote door opener on the outside or the doors stopped working and so I called Precision to check it out. The service rep called me immediately to guided me on how to reset the remote opener. If I could reset the opener, I would not have to have a service call. I could not reset it, so he immediately came to my home and replaced the unit that had just worn out. He was pleasant, competent and we are very happy with the replacement.
