Juan and Toby showed up at the agreed upon time, and I was offered 3 levels of quoted repairs, all very reasonable. I had them replace all of the hardware and springs, cables, etc., for a very good price. They had all of the necessary hardware, and completed the job in a little over a. Hour. I’m very satisfied with their work, and the quality of the components, plus a 5 year warranty! I would recommend Precision without hesitation. This is the second time I have used their services; the first was for a different location, and the quality and efficiency is why I called them this time.

Precision Garage Door Service - We called because the spring on our garage door broke 1/2 way up when we were opening the door. Our cars were still inside of the garage. Fortunately, we got an appointment from Precision for the same day. Ryan, the tech assigned to our call was very professional and courteous. He arrived during the time quoted to us supplying updates before he got to our home. He thoroughly explained all our options available to us. After installation was completed, he explained and showed how everything worked. When all was said and done, we were amazed how quiet it operated. We absolutely would recommend them…

I called precision garage door this morning as a result of a long-term problem with my garage door opener, losing its programming. The opener is 25 years old, so it was due for a change. The technician, Carlos, explained everything to me and give me some options, and my decision was to go with the latest and greatest LiftMaster door opener. He installed it and figure it out all the technical adjustments and programmed My phone and my vehicle to the opener. A very neat and efficient job. Juan arrived on time, Juan was polite and answered all my questions and concerns regarding my equipment wich had been purchased 15 yrs ago. He took the time to assure I had all the parts needed to complete the installation of my equipment. I am a senior project manager and have seen alot of technicians show up on a project and not take the time to do the preliminary inspection to assure nothing was missing and or working properly before just installing something and finding out that it dose not work or 1 key component is missing. The two installers from precision garage door service that came to my house to install my garage.Doors and my garage door openers were phenomenal.. They deserve more than a five star rating!! They were not only meticulous with the installing of the equipment.They also made sure that everything was the way I wanted it.. They checked rechecked and adjusted all the doors and equipment. Before they left, they even wiped down the garage.Doors for me...smiling One of the best investments i've ever made... Wonderful company great installers and comfortable price.... Thanks guys... Ray.
