I purchased the "Quiet Premium Tune up and Roller Replacement". Rollers replaced, tension springs adjusted and lubed, door seems to be opening and closing alot smoother and quieter. Precision sent a text (with picture of technician) to alert me that Brandon was on his way. Brandon also called and let me know about what time he would arrive. Brandon was very professional, explained in detail what he was going to do. I would reccomed both Precision and Brandon for your garage door needs.

Wow, talk about impressive! Called this morning at 11 o’clock had a guy out here by 1 o’clock this afternoon to take a look at our garage door. If that’s not impressive enough, this guy was amazing, honest, friendly professional swift, and didn’t try to pull any fast ones by insisting we add on something that we didn’t need immediately Camden was a gem to work with and he knows his business like the back of his hand. I’m guessing he’s been doing this type of work for 15+ years. Precision, you’re so fortunate to have Camden on your staff, but I’m sure you know that. The best company ever to take care of your garage doors! Brandon Radloff was the service provider and he was absolutely excellent. He arrived during the timeframe designated, was very respectful and courteous, and explained the whole process. As soon as he walked into our garage, he knew what was wrong with the doors and what he needed to do to fix them.! He gave us two options in repairing the doors. He went above and beyond by explaining to us what had happened and what he was going to do and then showed us what to do to maintain the doors.
