It has been a great experience working with Precision Garage Door Service. From the initial repair with Drew through installation of the new door with Ryan and Lamar, the level of service was certainly 5 star. I upgraded to an insulated garage door and already feel a huge difference inside the house as well. Precision's technicians are very polite, friendly and extremely efficient, providing quick quality installations/repairs. I feel very comfortable in both praising their associates and recommending Precision as my go-to garage door repair service.

Our garage door spring broke early in the morning and I needed someone out to the house quickly to repair it. I went with the first highly rated company in the area (Precision) and they came out right at 8am. I knew nothing about garage doors and was quoted $1100+ for 2 springs and better cables. I was a little shocked by the price but didn’t have time to shop around. After the fact, I did a bit of research and realized I was severely over charged. Called 2 other local businesses with great reviews and was quoted around 450-500 by them. Definitely should have done a bit more research before agreeing. Also, went to leave my house and use my car’s garage controller and it didn’t work. The unit was left in learn mode. Might not be the biggest deal but for $1100 I shouldn’t be getting out of

We had our garage doors replaced by Precision almost 10 years ago, but at that time did not really need a new opener. Fast forward, and yesterday, failure! My husband called Precision and arranged for a technician to come out the next day, which was a Sunday. The person the phone was helpful and utterly professional. The entire process of getting the quote and having the installation done was seamless, with the technician (Austin) arriving exactly when he said he would and finishing the installation of a modern new Liftmaster in 2 hours. We are very happy with the upgrade to our garage, and would not hesitate to recommend Precision for any and all services related to garage doors. In fact, our 10 year old doors remain a lovely complement to our home.
