We had an idea of what the yard could be and the crew at Precision turned into a space so much better! We had part of the land graded with a rock boarder, a retainer wall installed, sod installed and a fence put up. We couldn’t be more happy and in love with all the work they did. Jacob was really easy to work with, very clear with communication and what we could expect through out the entire project. He was really also adaptive to all changes we requested. The crew was a really good group of dudes. You can tell from the great work they did for us, everyone has a common goal and puts their effort towards the absolute best job they can do. We highly recommend working with the Precision!

My wife and I were very pleased with the team at Precision Grading and Hardscapes LLC. Our landscaping was in very bad shape, which led to very poor drainage conditions in our back and front yard. The owner, Jacob came out and gave us a very detailed plan with different options to address our needs and when the time came for the work to begin; our project manager, Landon was available and accessible for questions and project updates which was very much appreciated as well as the Excellent Crew Leader Ramon was great along with his very hardworking crew. It was also very nice that Jacob would be in communication with us throughout the entire process of our project, to see if we had any questions or concerns and to also make sure we were aware of the scheduling and how the progression

Precision Grading and Hardscapes did a phenomenal job solving the drainage issues we had with our yard. They provided the best technical solution among the contractors we received quotes from and their pricing was very competitive. Once the work began, Jacob, Landon and their team were punctual, polite, courteous, clean and very hard working. They set a very aggressive schedule and were able to complete the project on time. Jacob was in constant communication with us, always available to discuss any concerns that we may have had. The end product is beautiful, better than anything we could have expected. We absolutely Love our new Patio and can’t wait for the warmer weather. The cold is not stopping us from enjoying our swings though. They did a great job. I showed them the design I wanted and they exceeded my expectations. Broke out my quote how I wanted it so I know what I was paying for and pick what I wanted. Great communication will use again in the future.
