Precision Grounds Maintenance

We used Precision grounds maintenance to underbrush our new property this month. Our 2.7 acres was very dense with Brazilian pepper trees & scrub brush, and we really wanted to see what was under all of that. The owner was very responsive & easy to work with, even as we had to delay several times due to changing HOA rules. Once they were finally able to start, they did an awesome job clearing the underbrush off our land and leaving all of the mature trees - I had no idea it would look as good as it did! We will be using them for clearing & grading needs as we move forward with our build & I will be recommending them to everyone I know looking for a company to do clearing :)

Precision Grounds Maintenance provides amazing customer service and results! Bernard and Zach were professional, friendly and timely. They provided a fair estimate and promptly delivered clearing brush (primarily palmettos) as promised. They went above and beyond, they mentioned how this was some of the thickest palmettos and offered to mulch it extra. Talk about going the extra mile for customers. Really enjoyed working with them and cannot recommend them enough! These are the brush mowers to use! They came recommended from Destination Brevard and after using them I can see why!

Precision did a fantastic job forestry mulching the perimeter of our property. The owner promptly came out provide a quote and they were able to get the work done within a week or so. They exceeded my expectations and the equipment operator communicated with me throughout the job (two days worth of work). Very good value and would highly recommend for forestry mulching/brush cutting
