Jeremy Spottswood, from Precision Heating and Air, arrived promptly and was incredibly polite. He took the time to explain every aspect of the maintenance cycle, and I learned a lot from him today. He even shared some tips on how we can protect the lifespan of our system. We felt truly cared for and could trust Jeremy completely. He’s highly recommended in our book. Thank you, Jeremy! Update: Since our first maintenance with Precision: The air handler has been making the extremely loud buzzing sound non stop. For context, the home was built 4 years ago and the air handler is new! Jonathan Condrey was excellent. He took the necessary time to diagnose the problem and get it fixed correctly. He was respectful of the property and careful not to leave any trace. They sent Mason out within an hour. True to form, Mason offered expert service and thoroughly explained my options. I truly feel Precision works with my best interest at heart. We are on one of their programs. They text me to let me know it’s time for a “check up” on our system and work with my schedule perfectly. I’ve never had any problem getting a hold of an actual person if I call. Mason the technician that came out this time has been amazing! He diagnosed an issue, ordered the parts needed and came back to replace what was wrong. Mason has a great personality along with being very knowledgeable with the equipment. I’d highly recommend asking for him if he’s available when you are. Thank you Mason and thank you precision for getting everything fixed in a timely manor.

Jeremy did a fantastic job with diagnosing my system, explaining the issues with it along with what they mean, and being completely transparent and upfront about what to expect looking forward. Hans setup an estimate for my unique scenario of putting an hvac unit into my mobile home that could be taken out later and installed in a new home i plan to build on the same property in the future. Dwane and Jaret came out to do the install, left no mess, and were a pleasure to be around. I subscribed to their basic care plan as well to make sure the new unit doesnt recieve the same amount of neglect as the previous one that was almost 30 years old. Fantastic crew and very understanding given my unique circumstances.
