Peter and service team were outstanding. I inquired about a cleaning and they were only company offering same day service. Unfortunately we needed to replace the furnace and they were the best again of all the companies we called. Peter gave us space heaters to use until they could do the installation of new equipment the next day. No other company offered to lend us space heaters to use. They arrived on time promptly as promised and did an outstanding job, neat, clean and courteous. Peter stopped in to be sure everything was going smoothly and to answer any questions, comments or concerns with the installation and new equipment. I am a Senior Widow. On Thursday, my furnace shut completely down and was blowing only cold air! Outside the temperatures were in the 20s and it was frigid inside. I found PRECISION HVAC through Google, and it was truly a blessing! They came out that afternoon and ran some tests. At first, they thought they could make some temporary adjustments, till I decided if I wanted a new furnace, but as we continue to have conversation, the Carbon Monoxide Meter showed that carbon monoxide was leaking from my old unit, at a rapid pace! My heat went out while it was freezing outside. These wonderful people came the same day and quickly got it working again for a reasonable price. They were also very considerate of my working from home. Would definitely recommend!
