Right from the beginning, I got an almost immediate response from my inquiry and chatting with Kathy to find out details about their service, pricing and scheduling was effortless. Not only was she knowledgeable and informative but she was incredibly nice as well. Day of inspection, Chris came out exactly when he said he’d be there and got to work. It was impressive watching him do his thing, crouching into small spots and getting down on the ground to get his eyes on all the hidden areas. His thoroughness and attention to detail was incredible. It’s clear he knows what he’s doing and has the experience of a seasoned professional. He was precise and walked though the whole process with me. He even took time out of his Sunday to do a follow up on one of the repairs at no additional cost. The experience with Precision was amazing from beginning to end. As new home owners my husband and I felt supported at each step in the process. Brian was so helpful and broke things down so we could understand any areas within the home that needed addressing. Highly recommended. Chad was our home inspector. Chad made what could have been a very stressful experience, a very pleasant and educational interaction. Being a first Time home buyer, Chad walked us through the entire home, taking time to show and explain every inch of the inspection. Chad was very personable, taking his time to ensure he was able to give us the most detailed tour possible and was able to handle all of our crazy new home buyer question. He offered input and solutions to any issues we came across. Chad was even able to put a rush on any additional testing to ensure we meet our reporting deadlines.
