My fiancé and I are first-time homebuyers, and at the start of this process we spoke with several inspectors who mainly just quoted prices without much explanation. Dan immediately stood out because he took the time to walk us through how the inspection process works, how his reports are structured, and even sent us a sample report so we knew exactly what to expect. Throughout both inspections, Dan was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and made sure we fully understood everything by walking us through his findings step by step. His reports are clearly formatted, easy to follow, and extremely helpful when making such an important decision. What really set Dan apart was how reachable and accommodating he is, even on short notice. The first home he inspected for us didn’t end up working

Dan was very professional and knowledgeable. He responded to our home inspection request almost instantly, so scheduling went super quick. The day of the inspection went well - he was able to answer all the questions I had, and gave some good recommendations. He noticed lots of small details I may not have seen otherwise. After the inspection, it only took a couple days for him to provide us a highly detailed report. I was impressed with how well organized his report was - it was very easy to read and understand, and was complete with photos. He even included some helpful icons so we could see at a glance which items would need replacement, which ones need routine maintenance, and which items are simply informational. I would highly recommend him if you need a home inspection!

Dan is very outstanding when performing his craft. Very detailed in all his information given when explaining a cause of an issue or just saying things are looking great. Walk around is very thorough and takes his time in making sure all is check so get you the best information needed.
