We recently worked with Precision Landscaping for multiple projects at our home, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Their team handled everything — weekly mowing and maintenance, mulch installation, shrub pruning, lawn treatments, cleanup, aeration/overseeding, and even a river rock drainage swale and new landscape planting — and every service was done the right way. For a company that promotes itself as “the best of the best,” I have been extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, customer support, and overall quality of work. Following our initial landscape design consultation, the work completed did not reflect the agreed-upon plan. Tree and shrub placements were incorrect, bed dimensions were wrong, and there was little attention paid to the details we carefully discussed. The beds were neither properly prepped nor trenched. Because the beds were made too large, the mulch was spread so thin that grass remained visible underneath. After several emails, our salesperson visited the property and acknowledged that the work was sloppy and poorly executed, assuring us that the company would make it right. Mario, Felix, and Raymundo did a wonderful job of taking up the patio that was damaged during Helene, and then reinstalling it. It turned out wonderful! I would recommend Precision to anyone needing landscape work done.

Will Poff along with Abraham, Diego, Israel, Agustin and Raymundo installed a drainage system during difficult wet conditions. They did a great job!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Precision Landscape/Maintenance. Ben designed our backyard almost one year ago. He designed it exactly how we wanted it and put in the plants that could handle the full sun and sometimes wet conditions. We decided to go with their maintance program since we were from Colorado and didn't know how to take care of some of the plants. Stephan with the Maintance Department has answers all of questions whether by phone or text within the same day. We just had our spring trimming and cleanup. Julio and crew were wonderful.
