Precision Lawn Care Orlando

Professionalism is everything in business. If this is important to you then you might want to look elsewhere for your lawn service. We were paying for weekly service. We had multiple instances where they did not show up at our property due to rain during the week. Not a big deal except that there was NO communication at all on it. And then they basically turned weekly service into bi weekly service blaming it on the rain. Rained Friday so came Monday or Tuesday then would come next week on Friday. After this occurring 3 times with no communication we choose to search for another lawn service. We emailed them cancelling our service with a very nice email. See attached. And they responded with a BS and DONT EVER CALL US AGAIN. See attached copies of the email and text. It is sad that

Great crew. On-time - communication was consistent. The guys even went out of their way and cut a few branches that were not included as part of the job. All the rubbish was removed and out they went - with no disturbance!! I actually just called them to set up monthly service!!

So this afternoon, this company was servicing a yard ACROSS THE STREET. I heard water outside running. My water. From my house. Thinking to myself - no, can’t be. But indeed, this company’s workers were using my water. Mind you - I’m across the street from the serviced yard (meaning - you have to cross the street and walk good 20 feet on my lawn to my outside water faucet), but I guess since they always park on my side of the road, and my house is now somewhat familiar, it was acceptable for them to just come to my house, and be free to use whatever they need. Next time, charge your phones, I have an outside outlet too. But why not use water at the service location? Or, why not come, knock on my door and ask permission to use my utility? Great question. Gonna go talk to the neighbor too. I
