My first experiencing services from Precision has been incredible. From the first call to them, they had me on the books. Kept me apprised of schedule changes when the plumber was running late *not his fault. James was responsive and professional. I think the bathroom is cleaner then when he came. No mess was left. Thank you!

Whitney who answers the phone, was polite and answered my questions. Sebastian called ahead, giving me time to drive from work. Sebastian is always so respectful, prompt, and explains what he's doing. He took the dirty, old filter and his garbage with him to throw away. Thank you, Precision. From a very satisfied customer!

Saturday morning with guests in town due to a death in our family. Woke up hot and I called precision at 6:30 am and by 9:30am their wonderful technician had the house cooling like a charm. Highly recommend this company and the technician Sebastian!!!!!!!!

I purchased a house this year with the furnace being installed by precision. Come to find out it was installed incorrectly and it's causing my heat strips to burnout prematurely. Plus less than half the needed air is going through the system. They have foam insulation all over the place and it's covering some of the air vents inhibiting the air flow. It's a complete cluster you know what. I hired a crew to correct the problems. It's costing $2500! Thanks a lot Precision.

We have been very well cared for by Precision and will continue using them for all of our AC needs for years to come! They are always quick to respond, professional, and do an excellent job with repairs and maintenance. A great AC company is a must in Abilene Texas and I'm so thankful that we found Precision.
