Josh diagnosed the issue. Then came back and installed a new motor for the garage door. He was extremely professional. Did the job well and fast. He made sure everything was working well. Excellent technician and great customer service. The motor was under warranty and they honored it. I highly recommend this company!

Jesus came out to get my garage open (I accidentally left my clicker in there ugh). He arrived on time and I received notifications from the company through every step of the process. The whole experience was seamless and Jesus was very genuine, kind, helpful and trustworthy. Although the service was pricey, I would absolutely give this company a call for any future needs! I had Precision Garage Door come and install a new opener for me today. Eric was excellent. He showed up well before schedule time but made sure I was home first and I love my new garage door opener. He explained how to work it with all the new technology I would definitely recommend precision.
