After several frustrating plumbing experiences—including ending an estimate appointment mid-visit due to poor communication—I was determined to find a plumber I could truly trust. Being new to the area made that even more challenging. After researching online, I contacted Precision Plumbing & Heating, and from the first call, I knew I had made the right choice. The owner, Dave Warren, arrived on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. On the scheduled work date, Brandon and Elias arrived and were equally impressive—courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. They installed a Moen Flo Smart Water Shut-Off system (including necessary repiping), serviced our tankless water heater, cleared a clogged garage
