Joe came out on a Saturday and fixed out loose toilet and replaced the wax ring in under an hour! We let the bathrooms cleaner than it was prior to doing the job and the cost was very reasonable for an emergency weekend night. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing and will definitely be using them again.

I came home Friday afternoon to a leak in my basement and immediately knew my pipes were clogged. Called Precision Plumbing (my go to company wasn’t answering) and got Joe. He was on a job but said he would fit me in which was amazing because we weren’t one of his customers. He rearranged his schedule and was at my house within an hour. Pipes were full of tree roots. He did what he could (tried for 2 hours) but needed a drain guy so he called a friend at 7:30 to come out. He stayed in contact with us throughout the night to make sure the person arrived and was able to get rid of the roots. He definitely went above and beyond to help us out - attentive and reasonably priced. He and his company are definitely my new company. I will be having him back to repair the pipes.

We had nearly two feet of snow in the backyard where they needed access, and without hesitation they shoveled their way to the spot and got right to work. PERFECT! PROFESSIONAL! Let me preface this post to say all of this happened 1/23/2026 - 1/24/2026 while experiencing dangerously cold temperatures and a pending 18-24 inches of snow. This is our first experience with Precision Plumbing. I called Joe Lafauci at 10:00 pm on a Friday night. He answered immediately even though he was at another job. I explained my situation and he immediately put my mind at ease and was at my house an hour later. Joe listened to my concerns and went to work!
