From the initial phone call through completion and payment, Precision Plumbing was professional, responsive, and fairly priced. Kade and Brendan were excellent — polite, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were very respectful of my home, including wearing shoe covers the entire time. There are a lot of wirr that are involved in backup sump pump installation. The previous owners install was a complete mess. I appreciate they took the time to make it a little cleaner so the wires weren't hanging everywhere as previously done. When they ran into a small issue, they adjusted immediately and made sure everything was done correctly. They installed a new sump pump with a backup system and a new check valve, tested it multiple times

Seriously, don’t waste your time looking into other plumbing services in this area. Tyler came out and provided the best service at a really fair price. No selling at all- It’s rare to find a company nowadays that aren’t gouging. From what I understand, the owner is full of character and integrity so I’ll only need Precision Plumbing on my phone.

Zack and Joe replaced some shut-offs, swapped in my new waterheater, and did a great job. They were punctual on the appointment time, knowledgeable, and efficient. I couldn't ask for more in a plumber.
