I write very few reviews, but after such a negative experience with Precision Pump, I felt I had to. We recently hired Precision Pump to run a flow and bacteria test on our well for a prospective sale. The tech showed up with the sellers agent to run the tests and told us we have no well. He sent an image of the well and told us that it was the water shut off and not the well. After living in and owning the home for 8 years, we responded that the photo he had sent was in fact the well. He continued to suggest that our property isn’t even on well water. Needless to say, he finally realized that what he thought was a water shut off was in fact the well. I would NEVER hire this company ever again. Precision Pump is the ONLY company you need to call. We have two well systems and had the irrigation well stop. We thought this was possibly the submersible pump as it went out in 2018. I called two companies to come out to assess the issue. Matters and Sons Pump came out and said we needed a new submersible pump and pressure tank with a quote of $8703.34. Precision Pump came out and Tim quickly assessed that the issue was merely a burned out capacitor. He was knowledgeable, and very patient with a woman who likes to understand problem resolution. I write very few reviews, but Precision Pump was such a professional experience. Truly in a league of their own!👌🏻

This is our go to company for well services ! They are always so kind, professional and quick to respond for emergencies. We had a new filtration system and a well pump replaced with no issues. 10/10 recommend

Absolutely the best service and selection in our area! We buy all our Stihl power equipment, and have them service them too! Forget the big box stores and buy from a wonderful family Customers for 21 years. Cheers to them Bill

Our well pump went out and we had no water in the home. A technician came out the same day to look at it and they fixed it the very next day. Excellent service and reasonable pricing too. We we definitely use them again!
