Precision Rain

We had them come out for annual maintenance and specifically to take care of sprinkler lines before having an above ground pool put in this summer. I showed them what was written and needed to be done per our preinstallation instructions. When it came time to install we found out they did not do what was needed despite us paying them a large bill. They also dug up a head to repair in another area and left a big open hole for several days without returning to fix it. We had a different company come to repair the line after pool installation and found out Precision rain did not do what was supposed to be done for the pool.

These guys do awesome service and are very reliable and friendly to work with! I’ve had them do my system check and any repairs and installations of new heads etc. for many years. Greg is super to work with! Their annual service contracts make it really easy to check things over and make any adjustments or repairs. I recommend them highly! Larry

This is the single worst company I’ve ever done business with in any context. We had them come out for a repair of a sprinkler head. They did not show up, though claimed they did (on a Sunday). The work was never done but we received a bill. We assumed it was a mistake, so reached out to get it corrected and find out when their technician would do the work. They insisted it was done, despite the fact that the problem was not fixed and we had no evidence they had even attempted the work. We advised we would not pay for work not done, and filed a complaint so we could contract with another company to do the work. We didn’t hear back from them for months so the issue was not resolved until late Jan in which they accused us of not wanting to pay a bill. We now have to wait until spring to get

Last year we had someone come out to start up our sprinkler system. Workers damaged a line by our swing set. They came out to fix it but wasn’t fixed totally. The next year we asked them to fix the issue as the issue was from the end of the season before. We were told that parts would be free. They weren’t. Worker was running late, stayed ten minutes charged up for 50. Said they would reschedule and we never heard from them. We had to contact them to get them to come out. We got our bill we were charged twice for service for their error in the parts were not free. I had to call three times in a total of a week to get anyone to call me back about billing. They gave me a slight discount but not for the parts only for the service not the full rate. Two years in a row of bad experiences will n

I made an appointment with Precision Rain to have some pipes repaired. The day/time of my appointment, nobody ever showed up or called and I never heard from them again. Ended up getting another company to repair.
