Our AC stopped working and I have a disabled child with epilepsy so I was frantic. I spoke to Janet, she got a tech out to me immediately and had my ac working in just a few hours. We had an emergency with or walk in freeze, it was late in the day, we called Precision Refrigeration, I spoke with Janett, she was extremely informative and helpful. She reassured me they would get a technician out as soon as possible, she set up an emergency service call for us, was able to get a technician out with an hour, and the technician Dan, came out diagnoses the issue, had the parts needed on his truck, and was able to get our walk in freezer up and running. We were so impressed with this companies service from the original call all the way through the repair, and then the follow up call by Janett to see if we were happy with their service, we signed a bi-monthly, preventative maintenance agreement for our Refrigeration and HVAC equipment!
